I wanted to portray the unique visual character of this Silver Birch tree on Kinver Edge. To recreate the full variety of colour and texture, i applied oil paints with Brushes, sponges, palette knives and fingers! The Intense Spring Sunlight Bursting through the Branches helped me to create a dramatic piece of artwork
